Baked Burgundy Beef

  • 2 pound(s) beef chuck roast; cubed
  • 1 cup(s) burgundy wine
  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz) onion soup
  • 1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs; dried
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 noodles; cooked

Preheat oven to 350°F In a casserole thoroughly combine ingredients. Cover and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours,until tender and sauce has thickened. Serve over noodles.
