Baked Crunchy Potatoes
- 4 potato(es)
- 1 to-taste olive oil
- 2 garlic clove(s)
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1 teaspoon(s) cilantro
- 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
- 1 teaspoon(s) rosemary
- 1 teaspoon(s) basil
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
Wash potatoes, leave skin on. Cut potatoes into small cubes or wedges, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch. Rinse in cold water and add the oil.
Mix seasonings in medium plastic container. Add potatoes, and shake. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, turning at half-way point.
