Baked Rice Pilaf With Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup(s) rice; uncooked
- 4 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 garlic clove(s); minced
- 2 cup(s) chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese; fresh, grated
Saute the garlic and rice in the butter until golden. Pour into a casserole dish, add broth and salt. Cover and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes (or until the liquid is absorbed.) Add cheese and stir until cheese is mixed in and rice is fluffy.
