Asian Hot-Que Grill Sauce For Chicken, Beef, Or Pork

  • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup(s) ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Chinese mustard
  • 1 large garlic clove(s); minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chili sauce, Chinese

Combine all ingredients except chili paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. Stir in chili paste. To use: Brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling.
