Bad Attitude Barbeque Sauce
- 2 chipotles in adobo sauce; canned
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) peanut oil
- 1/4 medium onion(s); chopped, finely
- 1 garlic clove(s); minced
- 8 ounce(s) ketchup
- 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin
- 1 tablespoon(s) malt vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) mustard, yellow prepared
- 1 1/2 ounce(s) beer
Finely chop chilis. Heat the oil and cook onion and garlic until soft. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a gentle boil stirring constantly. Then turn down and let simmer until thick.
