Bad Attitude Barbeque Sauce

  • 2 chipotles in adobo sauce; canned
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) peanut oil
  • 1/4 medium onion(s); chopped, finely
  • 1 garlic clove(s); minced
  • 8 ounce(s) ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 1 tablespoon(s) malt vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) mustard, yellow prepared
  • 1 1/2 ounce(s) beer

Finely chop chilis. Heat the oil and cook onion and garlic until soft. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a gentle boil stirring constantly. Then turn down and let simmer until thick.
