Avocado Relish From The Mesa Grill
- 1 avocado(s); diced
- 1 tablespoon(s) onion(s), red; diced
- 1 tablespoon(s) jalapeno pepper(s); minced
- 1 tablespoon(s) lime juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) cilantro; chopped
- to-taste salt and black pepper
In a non-corrosive bowl, combine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Return to room temperature before serving.
