Avocado Relish From The Mesa Grill

  • 1 avocado(s); diced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) onion(s), red; diced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) jalapeno pepper(s); minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cilantro; chopped
  • to-taste salt and black pepper

In a non-corrosive bowl, combine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Return to room temperature before serving.
