Adobo Marinade
- 1 teaspoon(s) cumin; ground
- 4 garlic clove(s)
- 3/4 cup(s) lime juice
- 1 to-taste black pepper; ground fresh
Blend cumin, garlic and lime juice until smooth. Taste and season with pepper. Marinade fish (chicken or meat) in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
