New Orleans Barbeque Shrimp
- 2 tablespoon(s) oil
- 1/2 pound(s) shrimp, med (10-15)
- 1 tablespoon(s) black pepper; ground coarsely
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 juice of lemon(s)
- 1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) hot sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) parsley; chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 3 slice(s) french bread; grilled
Heat a saute pan on a grill. Add oil and shrimp and saute for 2 minutes. Add pepper, salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce and parsley. Let cook 2 minutes, until shrimp are cooked. Add butter and let melt.
Serve with French bread.
