New Orleans Barbeque Shrimp

  • 2 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1/2 pound(s) shrimp, med (10-15)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) black pepper; ground coarsely
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 juice of lemon(s)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) parsley; chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 3 slice(s) french bread; grilled

Heat a saute pan on a grill. Add oil and shrimp and saute for 2 minutes. Add pepper, salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce and parsley. Let cook 2 minutes, until shrimp are cooked. Add butter and let melt.

Serve with French bread.
