Medium White Bread

  • 3/4 cup(s) water
  • 2 cup(s) flour, bread
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dry milk (i use buttermilk)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 package(s) yeast

Here is a MEDIUM white bread: Place all ingredients in bucket and press 'start'. Process 4 hours and 10 minutes. Remove from bucket. Brush with butter for softer crust. Cool. Store....or EAT!
