Mexican Pork Steaks

  • 4 pork steak(s); cut 1/2 inches thick
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup(s) salsa, chunky
  • 1/3 cup(s) water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin; ground
  • to-taste salt

Heat oil in a non-stick skillet; brown steaks on both sides. Combine salsa, water, juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked.
