Mexican Pork Steaks
- 4 pork steak(s); cut 1/2 inches thick
- 1 teaspoon(s) vegetable oil
- 1 cup(s) salsa, chunky
- 1/3 cup(s) water
- 2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin; ground
- to-taste salt
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet; brown steaks on both sides. Combine salsa, water, juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked.
