Marinated Flank Steak
- 1 1/2 pound(s) beef flank steak
- 3/4 cup(s) soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) honey
- 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) ginger
- 3/4 cup(s) salad oil
- 1 onion(s); minced
Marinate steak in mixture of next seven ingredients a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Broil to desired doneness turning once.
