Marinated Flank Steak

  • 2 1/2 pound(s) beef flank steak
  • 2 jalapeno peppers; chopped
  • 1 onion(s); chopped
  • 4 garlic clove(s); crushed
  • 2 tomato(s); chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 lemon(s); peeled
  • 2 lime(s); peeled
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • to-taste black pepper; ground, fresh

Place steak in a non-reactive dish. In a blender puree remaining ingredients until smooth, pour over steak and turn several times to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Grill, broil, or roast.
