Marinated Flank Steak
- 2 1/2 pound(s) beef flank steak
- 2 jalapeno peppers; chopped
- 1 onion(s); chopped
- 4 garlic clove(s); crushed
- 2 tomato(s); chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 lemon(s); peeled
- 2 lime(s); peeled
- 1 drizzle olive oil
- to-taste black pepper; ground, fresh
Place steak in a non-reactive dish. In a blender puree remaining ingredients until smooth, pour over steak and turn several times to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Grill, broil, or roast.
