Mushroom Brunch Rice
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
- 1 cup(s) rice, basmati
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup(s) mushroom(s); sliced
- to-taste salt, sea; optional
Bring broth to a boil. Add other ingredients. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
