Mushroom Brunch Rice

  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 cup(s) rice, basmati
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cup(s) mushroom(s); sliced
  • to-taste salt, sea; optional

Bring broth to a boil. Add other ingredients. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
