Murray's Voo Doo Rib Sauce

  • 1 cup(s) ketchup
  • 1 cup(s) chili sauce
  • 1 onion(s), yellow sweet; chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) molasses
  • 1 teaspoon(s) corriander
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cummin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) chili(s)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) honey
  • to-taste black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Combine all ingredients. Simmer the ribs for 2 or 3 hours, then soak overnight in the sauce. Bake or barbecue the ribs.
