Murray's Voo Doo Rib Sauce
- 1 cup(s) ketchup
- 1 cup(s) chili sauce
- 1 onion(s), yellow sweet; chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) molasses
- 1 teaspoon(s) corriander
- 1 teaspoon(s) cummin
- 1 teaspoon(s) chili(s)
- 1 teaspoon(s) tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) honey
- to-taste black pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s)
Combine all ingredients. Simmer the ribs for 2 or 3 hours, then soak overnight in the sauce. Bake or barbecue the ribs.
