Marinated Cucumbers

  • 2 large cucumber(s); sliced
  • 1/3 large onion(s); chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • to-taste black pepper; ground fresh

Combine all ingredients together in large bowl. Mix well. Cover. Refrigerate four to six hours. Serve with salad, or by itself.

Our daughter created this recipe....like them cucumbers.
